CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSOCIATE
PRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
# Responsible for assisting customers who have questions concerning the
website, products or the shop on lomography.com
# Evaluate problems
# Suggest additions to the customer service handbook and faq section
# Monitor the website and reply to customer service related questions on
the website
# Reporting to Vienna of noted problems / suggestions for improvements
on website / product related suggestions based on customer feedback
# Works within established guidelines for customer service (based on FAQ
and customer service handbook)
Job Requirements
Required Knowledge Skills and Abilities:
# Preferrably previous experience in a customer service related job
# Very good knowledge of office programs
# Preferrably knowledge of lomography and it's products and website
# Possess excellent English communication skills (both verbal and
written)
# Able to learn and operate a computerized ticket system for customer
service
# Ability to multi task
# Reliability
